**Duties**
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to identify parts needs and provide timely assistance.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing for automotive parts and supplies.
- Process sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Assist in the organization of the parts department to enhance efficiency and accessibility of inventory.
- Provide support in automotive repair processes by sourcing necessary parts quickly and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills for accurate inventory management and sales processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist clients effectively.
- A passion for automotive repair and knowledge of various vehicle parts is highly desirable.
