We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & General Labour Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency in managing shipments and inventory. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipping.
  • Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse for efficient workflow.
  • Load and unload shipments safely using proper handling techniques.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support other warehouse operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have a car and should be driving.
  • Must have inventory experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Must have experience with inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset.
