Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, supporting our commitment to excellence in the IVD industry.

Responsibilities

1) Product and Material Performance Testing

· Conduct performance testing for products and materials including Fertility, infectious disease, tumor marker, Cardiac Markers, DOA, food safety and GMO categories.

· Test membranes, colloidal gold, formulations, auxiliary materials, and diluents before release.

2)Production Inspection

· Perform routine inspections of materials in process areas and the production department to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3)Process Quality Control

· Monitor and control quality during the solution preparation process.

· Conduct daily random checks on the production environment, temperature, equipment, tools, and key process steps to verify compliance with established standards.

· Perform scheduled maintenance of calibrated equipment and manage related documentation.

4)First sheet Inspections

· Verify assembly procedures and materials used during the assembly process.

· Check the size of materials on uncut sheet and confirm no missing materials.

· Randomly inspect warehouse-prepared materials for correct name, quantity, and size.

5)Complaint Handling and Retention Sample Testing

· Conduct retention sample testing for products subject to customer complaints and prepare test reports.

· Archive all QC records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing or biomedical environment.
  • Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent documentation and data collection abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
  • Preferred: Experience with QA/QC procedures in the IVD or biotech industry.

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
