What You'll Be Doing
As an experienced Detailer, you will:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Apply paint protection, polishing, buffing, and shampooing as required
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support your teammates in maintaining high reconditioning standards
- Communicate any concerns regarding vehicle condition or timelines
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Experienced: You have at least 1 year of automotive detailing experience
- Detail-oriented: You take pride in high-quality work and never cut corners
- Self-motivated: You take initiative, follow through, and care about results
- Safety-focused: You follow procedures and prioritize safe work practices
- Reliable & professional: You're punctual, trustworthy, and work well in a team
- Licensed: You have a valid Ontario Class G driver's license
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
- Experience with ceramic coatings, paint correction, or high-end detailing
- Familiarity with detailing tools and products (steam cleaners, polishers, extractors)
- Certification in automotive detailing or reconditioning
