Aspen is a growing business looking for people with energy, drive and passion to contribute to our team.Reporting to the Inventory / Yard Manager, this role is responsible for supporting Logistics and Yard operations by operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-trip inspection daily.Safely transport product and accessories.Organize and coordinate parts in the yard as jobs are in progress.Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of equipment.Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and / or required.Maintain service reputation and customer satisfaction in the yard with proper and timely job execution.Review and assess asset management in the yard,Support Shipper/Receiver in managing movement of parts.Inspect and report damages on incoming and outgoing freight.Preform piece counting on incoming freight to ensure accuracy of delivery.
