Job Description

Westminster Toyota is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to answer the phone and greet customers.  

Duties for this role include:

  • Answering phones on the switchboard and directing calls
  • Greeting customers in person and checking them in for their appointment
  • Taking and delivering messages to the right person
  • Making appointment reminder calls
  • Stocking Inventory into computer
  • Safely storing keys and inventory documentation
  • Filing
Qualifications

Applicants must be prompt, reliable, self-motivated and have a friendly phone manner. Customer service is very important.

Additional Information

Shifts for this job are on:

  • Monday to Thursday 03:00 pm to 09:00 pm
  • Friday 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm. 
  • Flexibility to work Weekends
