Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for our growing practice. This role is integral to our operations and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience and clinical efficiency.
As a Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for patients accessing our hormone therapy and wellness services. You'll manage appointment scheduling, coordinate with clinical teams, process payments, and ensure seamless daily operations across our provider schedules.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll be responsible for protecting schedule integrity, maintaining high patient satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across all front-desk functions.
Key Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills – Professional phone manner and ability to interact effectively with patients, providers, and administrative teams
- Strong attention to detail – Accurate scheduling and documentation are critical to our operations
- Multitasking capability – Ability to manage concurrent priorities including inbound calls, in-person patients, and administrative tasks
- Problem-solving mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving scheduling or operational issues
- Accountability and ownership – Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities without requiring close supervision
- Technology proficiency – Comfortable learning and working with scheduling software, patient management systems, and communication platforms
