Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our company.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
  • Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service during interactions with clients
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
  • Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
  • Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks as part of the service offering
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred for punctuality and flexibility in scheduling
  • Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
