Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service that exceeds client expectations. Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
  • Communicate professionally with clients and/or coworkers to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients during service visits
  • Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and household organization
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
