We're currently seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented On-Call Cleaner to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work, consistent opportunities, and the chance to be part of a company that values quality and reliability.

Position Summary

As an On-Call Cleaner, you'll be the first point of contact when last-minute jobs or high-demand cleaning requests arise. You'll fill in for other cleaners, handle urgent client bookings, and assist with both residential and light commercial projects.

You'll have the freedom to accept jobs based on your availability while representing AllClean Solutions with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities

Residential Cleaning:

  • Perform general and deep cleaning tasks (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, etc.)
  • Clean windows, baseboards, walls, and appliances when required
  • Handle move-in/move-out or post-renovation cleaning with precision
  • Ensure a spotless finish that meets AllClean's quality standards

Other Duties:

  • Use company-approved cleaning supplies and safe work practices
  • Report any property damage, safety issues, or schedule conflicts promptly
  • Communicate effectively through company software or messaging system
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect client property
  • Manage time efficiently and deliver consistent, high-quality results

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of residential, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Availability: Must be able to respond to short-notice or same-day calls when available
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Tools: Basic cleaning supplies and equipment are required
  • Communication: Must have a smartphone with data for scheduling, navigation, and job updates
  • Professionalism: Must be punctual, courteous, and client-focused at all times
  • Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as required for cleaning tasks
  • Trustworthiness: Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision
