Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, creative, and detail-oriented Client Care & Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This role combines client communication, light marketing support, and general administrative duties. You'll help maintain strong relationships with past and current clients, assist with social media engagement, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Stay in touch with past clients and nurture ongoing relationships through calls, messages, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with client engagement initiatives, including creative ideas for appreciation events, contests, and seasonal touchpoints.
  • Support basic social media tasks such as content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, property showings, and meetings.
  • Prepare small client appreciation gifts, baskets, cards, and packages.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems and update client records regularly.
  • Complete general admin duties including data entry, light paperwork, and communication between clients and team members.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to ensure clients feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional personality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset, especially for client engagement and social media ideas.
  • Social media or marketing experience is a bonus, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
