This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and internal Salesforce Admins, to ensure our systems, data, and processes work together to support demand generation and growth.   You'll partner closely with the Marketing team (Demand Generation, Brand & Field Marketing, Product Marketing) to support campaign execution, manage tools and workflows, and ensure leads, attribution, and reporting are accurate and actionable. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation.   This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing operations career who is ready to grow and take on more responsibility. You'll work in a Salesforce environment supported by a dedicated in-house Salesforce Admin team, allowing you to focus on execution, coordination, and honing core marketing operations skills. This is a newly created role to support the continued growth and scale of our marketing operations.   Responsibilities   In this role, you'll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting are accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards that track campaign performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and progress against overall company goals, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making
  • Monitor lead flow and conversion in partnership with the Senior Manager, Demand Generation
  • Maintain and manage the Marketing Asana board to ensure campaign timelines, dependencies, and handoffs stay on track
  • Lead quality assurance for campaigns and forms, proactively identifying and addressing issues prior to launch
  • Monitor and improve data quality across CRM and marketing systems in partnership with Salesforce Admins and Revenue Operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
  • Support onboarding and enablement for marketing tools used by the team
  What You Bring We're looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing operations, analytics, or marketing systems
  • Experience working with Salesforce in a B2B marketing environment
  • Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting
  • Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to help keep work on track
  • Strong attention to detail and experience supporting QA for campaigns, forms, or workflows
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, revenue operations, or technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and contribute to process improvement

  Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.   Compensation   Salary Range:  $55,000 - $75,000 A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.   Additional Notes
