The compensation for this position is between $58,600 and $73,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Marketing Coordinator. This role will be based out of our Oakville, ON office and will report into the Channel Marketing Manager, Plumbing, Mechanical & Industrial.

Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator, Industrial, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across the Industrial North America segment. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to impactful campaigns, elevate the IPEX brand, and deliver engaging content and experiences that support our growth strategy.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including use of media.
- Assist marketing segment manager in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales team to align sales and marketing goals with those of the organization.
- Manage key milestones in the development and updating of marketing assets and management of the marketing budget.
- Develop and maintain advertising plan and media schedule. Build relationship with trade publications and look for opportunities for additional exposure.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and brand message.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Work with the graphic design team to deliver content that meets brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to create or edit product literature and digital content.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
- Utilize CRM system to ensure marketing campaigns are targeted to specific market segments and CRM database is up to date.
- Prepare content that may be deployed in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution, including booth design and on-site management to ensure successful event participation and brand representation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B marketing or brand marketing
- Project management experience an asset
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Able to deal with complexity and uncertainty
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); French (verbal and written) is an asset
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools
