Oak Bridge Academy & Oak Bridge Clinical is located in Cambridge, Ontario. We specialize in working with exceptional students, including autism, anxiety and ADHD.

Oak Bridge Academy is a small, not-for-profit, independent school which offers a unique and rewarding learning environment to students with exceptional learning needs. At our core we are a community. Oak Bridge Clinical also offers 1:1 and group clinical services.

All Oak Bridge staff work together as a part of a collaborative team to provide an engaging, rigorous and relevant education to all of our students. Academic, social and emotional regulation skill-building and goal setting are an integral part of our program. You will work cooperatively in a team to create and maintain a positive school environment for all children, staff, parents and community partners. The ideal candidate must be open and want to work and thrive in a dynamic, busy and demanding environment. They must possess an authentic passion and enthusiasm for progressive education and lifelong learning.

Oak Bridge is looking for a full-time Behaviour Therapist. Flexible working hours are imperative for this position. The Behaviour Therapist is responsible for ongoing supervision of students, implementing ABA programs and interventions, taking data and supporting students to reach their full potential.
