Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Edmonton, AB. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, identifying their window treatment needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. They will manage consultations, prepare quotes, handle follow-ups, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through installation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales
- Proficiency in conducting consultations and preparing quotes
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Basic technical knowledge of window treatment products is an asset
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or home decor environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
- Willingness to learn about product specifications and maintain up-to-date knowledge
