Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities - Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in seating guests efficiently while maintaining proper social distancing protocols - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues or concerns Qualifications - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively At our establishment, we value teamwork, professionalism, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
