Host/Hostess - Baton Rouge Kanata

Location: Kanata, Ontario

Hours: Shifts between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

About Us:
Baton Rouge Kanata is freshly renovated and ready to welcome guests with top-tier hospitality and service. We're looking for friendly, organized, and enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team as a Host or Hostess—the first impression of our guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage reservations and walk-in traffic using our seating system

Coordinate table turns and waitlists efficiently

Communicate seating times clearly with guests

Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host stand

Support the team with general duties during busy periods

**Requirements**:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Availability to work shifts between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, including weekends

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Neat appearance and punctuality

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
