Position Overview – Human Resources Generalist
Are you a strategic, dynamic thinker looking to make a real difference in a growing organization? Join us as a Human Resources Generalist, where you'll gain broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to deliver on high-impact initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational development. You'll contribute to training and development programs, talent acquisition strategies, and process improvements that strengthen our HR function.

Job Duties
- Partner with HR leadership to implement solutions that improve employee engagement and retention.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
- Contribute to training and development programs that empower employees.
- Take initiative to identify HR process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or College degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration or other discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a federal employer and the Canadian Labour Code is preferred.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset.
