Title: Smart Locker Installer (Toronto, Canada)
Description:
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable technician located in Toronto to install Maplelock smart lockers in condominium lobbies and foyers. This is a physical installation job that also requires basic technical setup.
Responsibilities:
• Physically mount and secure the smart locker cabinet to the wall (typically concrete or drywall)
• Drill holes and prepare the site using your own tools
• Connect the locker to Wi-Fi and run a short test to ensure the system is fully operational
• Communicate with our remote support team during setup and testing
• Deliver the locker hardware to the site if needed
Requirements:
• Experience installing smart lockers, devices, IT, or security equipment
• Own tools for drilling and mounting
• Ability to configure Wi-Fi and follow simple setup instructions
• Vehicle for transporting locker units to installation sites (strongly preferred)
• Must be physically located in Toronto, Canada
About the job:
Work is project-based, typically a few hours per installation. Future work may be offered for other locations in the GTA depending on performance.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: $17.75-$39.47 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
Work Location: On the road
