As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior AV Installer who shares our passion for precision, professionalism, and cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do

You'll lead the installation and servicing of AV and smart technology systems in residential and commercial settings. You understand the basic concepts of how audio, video, communication, and control devices work.

* Installing, configuring and maintaining low voltage integrated system equipment, devices and components, and motorized window coverings.

* Basic system configuration, calibration, programming, testing and commissioning systems (ie: Crestron, Lutron)

* Building and wiring equipment racks with an emphasis on organization and serviceability.

* Install and terminate low voltage cable.

* Overseeing job sites, mentoring junior installers, and ensuring timely project completion.

* Providing hands-on client training and post-installation support.

* Maintaining clear documentation and status updates on all job progress.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's not only technically skilled, but confident leading projects and engaging with clients.

You have:

* 3+ years of professional AV installation experience.

* Strong knowledge of AV systems and components, including:

* Network set up: routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems.

* Cable installation: category, coaxial, fiber, speaker wire, RCA, RS-232.

* TV/Projector installations and structural speaker mounting.

* Motorized window treatments and cable concealment.

* Familiarity with control and automation platforms: Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Control4, etc.

* Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues independently.

* Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.

* Experience building clean, labeled, and serviceable racks.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A valid G-class driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for job site travel).

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Certifications from CEDIA, Crestron, Lutron or networking programs are a strong asset, but not mandatory.
