The Project Administrator position is located in Kingston, Ontario and typically reports directly to the Sr. Project Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, encompassing tasks such as documentation management, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.
- Entering timesheets
- Processing expenses
- Purchase orders
- Change order controls
- Requesting subcontractor POs from legal department
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
- Document Management: Oversee project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, correspondence, and regulatory compliance documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and actively participate in project meetings, capturing minutes and disseminating summaries to relevant parties
- Other duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or transferable experience
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- New graduates will be considered
- 1-2 years in an office environment is considered an asset
- Experience in the construction sector is considered an asset
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of:
- Organization and time management
- Work well under pressure
- Meet all deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Valid Ontario Drivers' License
- Proficient user of: MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system considered an asset
