Nanda & Associate Lawyers is a fast-growing full-service law firm serving clients across Ontario. We handle a high volume of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Immigration, Family Law, Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, and Wills & Estates matters. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Personal Injury department and are seeking a skilled lawyer to take independent carriage of files.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer with minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side experience who can independently manage both AB and Tort files from intake through to resolution. This role is ideal for someone confident in litigation strategy, negotiation, and direct client handling without the need for supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of Accident Benefits and Tort files

Conduct client consultations, develop litigation strategy, and maintain strong communication

Draft pleadings, motion records, mediation briefs, settlement proposals, and LAT materials

Represent clients at LAT hearings, mediations, discoveries, pre-trials and trials (where applicable)

Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests

Collaborate with support staff, law clerks, and administrative team

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience

Proven ability to manage AB and Tort matters from start to finish

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently with a proactive, client-focused approach
