Looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious AB & Tort Lawyers to join our busy Personal Injury firm. ICS Legal Services is a prominent Brampton plaintiff personal Injury firm with over 28 years of legal experience.

We are looking for an energetic Personal Injury Lawyer to manage their own caseload and assist the team. The ideal incumbent must work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, and must take pride in exceeding expectations. This position is full-time and in person.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a history of high performance and will have vast experience with the LAT process, discoveries, motions, mediations, pre-trials, hearings and trials, settlements and issuing Statement of Claims.

Our firm offers a highly competitive compensation package based on experience, with incentive pay.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in personal injury litigation ab & tort is required.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and sound judgement.
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Show discretion with sensitive and confidential information

Education and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education.
  • The successful candidate must be called to the Bar in Ontario with a valid license to practice law.
  • In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Computer literate, with strong skills in the use of MS Office, e-mail and internet.
