Description
Our client is seeking up to three (3) Business Analyst with experience working on Cloud ERP solutions (preferably SAP) and a good understanding of full-cycle payroll processing (from time capture through to pay distribution and reporting). These resources will leverage their diverse business analysis knowledge, skills, and experience to provide advice to IT projects of varying complexity and magnitude for the program. The Business Analysts will fulfill BA responsibilities for projects, specifically for the Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance Module, Employee Central or Sodales Solutions modules.
Work is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office at client location in downtown Edmonton, AB. In-office days must be aligned with the team, which is currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Under no circumstances are resources allowed to work remotely outside the borders of Canada at any time. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
- Demonstrated business systems analysis experience for Cloud ERP solutions; SAP Cloud experience is preferred
- 7+ Years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis
- Can write SQL queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in using Google Suite
- Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities
- Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards
- Degree or Professional Certification
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience working with Workforce Software
- Understanding of full-cycle payroll processing (from time capture through to pay distribution and reporting)
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation (Canadian Payroll Association) or equivalent certification
- CBAP designation
