Montreal, Quebec, Canada Plex Dr. Full time $45,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: Downtown Montreal, covering a 30 minute radius by car

We are looking for a bilingual Leasing Coordinator who is energetic, driven, and ready to build a long term career with a fast growing property management company. This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, enjoys meeting people, and thrives in a high activity environment.

Compensation

  • Base salary of 24,000 dollars per year
  • Commission of 450 dollars per unit rented
  • Expected annual earnings around 70,000 dollars with the potential to exceed this as the leasing arm expands
  • Clear path to grow into the Head of Leasing role

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate all unit visits
  • Conduct on site showings across Montreal
  • Screen prospective tenants and prepare complete files
  • Draft leases with Instanet Forms and Authentisign
  • Coordinate move ins and move outs
  • Photograph units and prepare listings for online posting
  • Post ads on required platforms and keep them updated
  • Provide weekly reporting on leasing activity
  • Maintain a high level of service with tenants and property owners

Requirements

  • Valid OACIQ real estate license
  • Fully bilingual, spoken and written, English and French
  • Valid driver's license with full time access to a car
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Hybrid schedule with in office presence required
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Matrix, Instanet Forms, and Authentisign
  • Previous leasing experience required
