**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cash handling, and assisting customers with their orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in food preparation and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
