Job Overview

A fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is seeking a friendly, reliable, energetic and competent crew member/griller to join the team. We are looking for team members who embody our core values of integrity, honesty, hard work, teamwork, trust, respect, and accountability.

As a member of our crew, you are responsible for delivering an unsurpassed level of customer service and the highest quality product. You must be comfortable interacting with guests, have a positive, upbeat, friendly attitude, and be willing to go that extra mile to ensure our customers receive an unforgettable experience. Grilling experience would be an asset for this role.

We are seeking both full-time and part-time team members

Job Responsibilities:

Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.

Punctual in shift timings and disciplined in work schedules

Taking orders, food preparation per standard recipe and handling POS.

Respond to questions, concerns and complaints from customers, vendors or clients.

Conduct administrative duties and errands as required. Comfortable working in all areas of the restaurant i.e. cleaning, kitchen, cashier, grilling, food preparation etc.

Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.

Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.

Maintain and operate equipment relative to your role.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills in person and on calls.

Food handling certificate.

Restaurant/culinary experience is preferred.

Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Presentable and polite personality.

Quick learner and able to handle tasks with minimum supervision.

Salary From: $17.85/hour
