Neuro Health is a chiropractic clinic in Calgary dedicated to helping two streams of patients, individuals needing to heal chronic pain, migraines, and neuropathy through personalized care and neurological rehabilitation as well as supporting those interested in longevity and anti-aging. We focus on restoring communication between the brain and body to improve vitality, mobility, and overall well-being.
Dr. Nenshi is known for her ability to solve complex neurological puzzles and for helping patients achieve breakthroughs others thought impossible.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience from the moment they arrive. You'll play a key role in the clinic's daily operations by handling reception duties, organizing files, setting up treatment rooms, and interacting warmly with patients. This is an active, hands-on role that involves frequent movement, multitasking, and engaging with patients, staff, and our clinic dogs throughout the day.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Reception & Front Desk
- Greet and guide patients to various treatment areas
- Coordinate the chiropractor's schedule by booking, confirming, and rebooking appointments, managing follow-ups, and supporting continuity of patient care
- Answer incoming calls courteously and provide service information
- Handle emails and mail promptly
Administrative, Financial & Marketing
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate patient records and financial documentation, including bookkeeping tasks
- Proactively reach out to businesses and medical clinics (including cold calls) to organize Lunch & Learn presentations and other outreach events
- Provide timely updates and prepare reports to support the chiropractor's work
- Create communications for the clinic (social media, email, etc.)
Patient Support & Clinical Assistance
- Set up treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Interact with patients to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere
- Support the chiropractor with administrative, operational needs, and patient care
- Help organize health talks, screenings, and various events
Clinic Environment
- Care for Shadow and Kasper, our clinic Whoodles
- Keep all areas of the clinic clean, organized, and inviting
- Manage laundry for towels and linens to maintain hygiene
- Perform other tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Work Schedule:
Day shift (27 hours/week), with the possibility of additional hours as needed
- Mondays - 10:30am-5:00pm - 6.5 hours
- Tuesdays - 10:30am-5:00pm - 6.5 hours
- Wednesdays - 10:30am-5:00pm - 6.5 hours
- Thursdays - 10:30am-6:00pm - 7.5 hours
- Fridays - Generally off (Approximately 7 Fridays per year may be required, with advance notice)
Desired Profile:
- High school diploma (DES), training in secretarial work, medical office administration, or any relevant combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Professional attitude, courtesy, and excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable making proactive business outreach calls (including cold calls) and communicating confidently with businesses and medical clinics to support clinic growth and event coordination
- Comfortable in an active, hands-on work environment that involves frequent movement, multitasking, and interacting with patients and clinic dogs
- Autonomous and detail-oriented with a strong sense of precision
- Ability to multitask
- Interest in growth and continuous learning
- Demonstrates discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive health and financial information
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- A warm, welcoming smile and positive energy that helps patients feel at ease
