Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.Reports to Mill Shift Supervisor/Production Supervisors.What you will do:Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tool and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employeesSupport safe and efficient achievement of production targets through general operation of the Refinery and Loadout equipmentMill clean-up work and equipment inspectionWhat you will bring:Grade 12 or GED equivalentPositive Safety behavior and safety leadershipAbility to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independentlyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact positively with co-workers and supervisorsWillingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through trainingAbility to make and implement decisions under all conditionsStable work recordPrevious experience in an industrial environment is an assetReady to make an impact with us?
