Le ou la Spécialiste RHIS (Système d'Information des Ressources
Humaines) est responsable d'assurer une forte intégrité des données et une
administration efficace des systèmes RH. Ce rôle soutient l'exactitude des
rapports et des analyses, et contribue activement aux projets liés à la paie
ainsi qu'à l'optimisation continue des processus. La personne titulaire du
poste doit posséder une expérience complète du traitement de la paie de bout en
bout et une bonne connaissance des exigences législatives multi-provinciales.
En collaboration étroite avec le ou la Partenaire RH, ce rôle contribue
à offrir une expérience employé fluide tout en maintenant la conformité et
l'excellence opérationnelle. Il s'agit d'un poste hybride, nécessitant une
présence au bureau de Longueuil de 2 à 3 jours par semaine.
Responsabilités principales
Administrer, maintenir et dépanner les systèmes RH afin d'assurer une fonctionnalité optimale, une exactitude des données et une sécurité accrue.
Effectuer une saisie de données, des audits, des validations et des mises à jour de systèmes de manière précise et dans les délais.
Tirer parti des fonctionnalités et outils d'IA pour améliorer l'analyse des données, accroître la précision des rapports et soutenir les informations prédictives.
Développer, maintenir et analyser les indicateurs RH, tableaux de bord et rapports afin d'appuyer la conformité, les audits et la prise de décisions d'affaires.
Soutenir les processus RH — incluant l'intégration, l'administration des avantages sociaux, la gestion de la performance et l'intégration complète de la paie — grâce à une configuration et une administration efficace du RHIS.
Fournir formation, documentation et soutien continu aux utilisateurs du RHIS, incluant l'accompagnement sur les fonctionnalités d'IA et d'automatisation.
Documenter et mettre à jour continuellement les procédures RHIS, les flux de travail et les normes de données afin d'assurer cohérence et conformité.
Effectuer des tests approfondis des nouvelles fonctionnalités, configurations et modifications avant leur déploiement.
Assurer la confidentialité, la protection des données et la conformité aux lois pertinentes, aux exigences liées à la paie et aux politiques de l'entreprise.
Position
Overview
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for ensuring strong data integrity and
effective administration across HR systems. This role supports accurate
reporting and analysis and will actively contribute to payroll-related project
implementation and ongoing process optimization. The Specialist must be experienced
in end-to-end payroll processing and knowledgeable about multi-province
legislative requirements.
Working
closely with the HR Partner, this role helps deliver a seamless employee
experience while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. This is a
hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at the Longueuil office.
Key
Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot HR systems to ensure optimal system functionality, data accuracy, and security.
Perform timely and accurate data entry, audits, validations, and system updates.
Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and tools to enhance data analysis, improve reporting accuracy, and support predictive insights.
Develop, maintain, and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support compliance, audits, and business decision-making.
Support HR processes—including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and end-to-end payroll integration—through effective HRIS configuration and administration.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HRIS end-users, including guidance on AI and automation functionalities.
Document and continuously update HRIS procedures, workflows, and data standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
Conduct thorough testing of new system features, configurations, and changes prior to deployment.
Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant legislation, payroll requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe; ou un minimum de 8 années d'expérience professionnelle équivalente.
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en administration RHIS ou en soutien aux systèmes RH.
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en traitement complet de la paie multi-provinciale, avec une solide connaissance de la législation canadienne en matière de paie.
Maîtrise des plateformes RHIS; une expérience avec ADP ou un système similaire est un atout.
Solides compétences en production de rapports et en analyse de données, incluant une maîtrise avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules, recherches, validation de données, etc.).
Excellente compréhension des processus RH, des politiques, de la gouvernance des données et des meilleures pratiques en gestion de l'information.
Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, de résolution de problèmes, d'organisation et de communication.
Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités, à s'adapter au changement et à respecter les délais dans un environnement dynamique.
Grand souci du détail et engagement envers l'exactitude et la fiabilité des données.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
Capacité à voyager occasionnellement (jusqu'à 10 %) pour des rencontres, des projets ou des formations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years of HRIS administration or HR systems support experience.
Minimum of 2 years of multi-province, end-to-end payroll processing experience, with strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms; experience with ADP or similar systems is preferred.
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation, etc.).
Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, data governance, and data management best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for meetings, projects, and training.
