Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drum Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and experience working with children and adults. This role involves teaching music concepts, fostering creativity, and inspiring students to develop their musical talents in a supportive and engaging environment. 1-2 evenings per week to start.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and learning styles.
  • Teach instrumental skills and theory to students of all ages.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their musical abilities.
  • Organize and prepare students for performances, recitals, or competitions as appropriate.
  • Maintain classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and adult in an educational setting.
  • Teaching and performance experience in different genres.
