Summary

The Club at North Halton is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role is vital for ensuring our members and guests receive outstanding service and quality food experiences that align with our club's reputation.

This role supports the daily operations of our clubhouse dining, events, beverage cart, and Halfway House. You will assist in leading a team, ensuring top-notch service, and help to create an excellent experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise service staff.
  • Ensure excellent member and guest service in all areas.
  • Support kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Assist with event and banquet setup and service.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Promote features, menu items, and special events.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in hospitality or private club/restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and Smart Serve certification required.
  • Comfortable with POS systems.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

  • Start Date: November 2025
  • Compensation: $22-24/hour, with additional gratuity opportunities depending on shift coverage.
