We need a strong, communicative, and results-driven IT leader to elevate our technology infrastructure and operational efficiency to meet our current and future business demands. As we continue to expand our footprint with new physical stores and e-commerce sites, your leadership will be critical to aligning IT with our ambitious
international growth strategy
.

Key Context:

• Major Project:
  You will oversee the ongoing
  implementation of Oracle Netsuite ERP
  across all global operations, with a target completion of
  October 2026
  .
• Technology Scope:
  Management of legacy front-end/back-end systems, Shopify sites, and third-party solutions (e.g., contact center).
• Team Structure:
  You will manage a diverse, high-impact team, including:
• 3 IT Project Managers
• ERP & Third-Party Solutions Manager
• Sysadmin Manager
• Hardware and Network Specialist
• A Sysadmin team (Manager, 4 L1 support, 3 L2 support) based in
  Tbilisi, Georgia
  .
• Oversight of in-house and outsourced development/testing resources.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership:
  Lead and manage the entire IT department, ensuring the team is aligned and on track to meet critical
  operational and project deadlines
  .
• Business Alignment:
  Strategically plan and forecast IT needs to ensure seamless, robust support for
  Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  .
• Project Oversight:
  Supervise all
  strategic IT projects
  , guaranteeing on-time and on-budget execution.
• Security & Infrastructure:
  Establish and enforce policies to ensure the
  security, integrity, and performance
  of all data and IT infrastructure.

What You'll Need

• Experience:
  5+ years
  of progressive experience in a mid to senior-level
  IT Management
  role is
  required
  .
• Education:
  Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of work and life experience.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience managing
  software development teams
  .
• Demonstrated experience implementing complex
  enterprise-level vendor solutions
  (e.g., ERP like Netsuite, large-scale web platforms, contact center solutions).
• Leadership & Soft Skills:
• Expertise in
  people management and development
  .
• Proven
  business leadership skills
  and outstanding
  communication abilities
  .
• Direct experience operating in an
  e-commerce business
  environment.
