We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Desjardins Agency team. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the growth of the business. What You'll Be Doing
  • Build connections with clients through warm, value-based conversations
  • Respond to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing
  • Schedule appointments and identify customer needs to recommend the right insurance solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to support marketing and business goals
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that builds loyalty
What You Bring to the Table
  • Sales or customer service experience (retail, telemarketing, inside/outside sales) preferred
  • Proven ability to meet performance targets or sales goals
  • Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and active listening
  • Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional service and going the extra mile
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable presenting products and services to clients
  • Property & Casualty license (OTL Required) or willing to obtain
