We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage revenue reporting requirements for our concession partners, including transit and airport authorities. This role requires someone who can balance technical accuracy with the high standard professional presentation we and our partners expect.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely revenue performance reports for concession partners (transit authorities, airport authorities, etc.)
• Ensure all reported figures meet our audit control standards
• Design and format reports that are visually professional and easy to interpret
• Ensure all reporting requirements are completed and distributed within the timelines as set out in our contracts
• Maintain documentation of reporting requirements and schedules for each partner
• Review and quality-check all partner-facing reporting and communication for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism
• Collaborate with accounting, sales and regional leasing teams as required
• Identify improvements to reporting processes and templates
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Who you are...
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and audit controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to grammar and detail
• Demonstrated ability to create polished, professional reports and presentations
• Experience with data accuracy verification and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
This role is well-suited for a recent graduate with an accounting or finance degree, or related fields who has demonstrated strong analytical and communication abilities through their coursework, through team-based projects, or through internships and co-op placements.
