*Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking an
Incident Reporting Centre Operator*
to support our client, a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the safety and security of client assets, employees, and facilities by monitoring incidents, assessing risks, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems to detect potential security threats.
  • Log and report incidents with precision, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and escalated when necessary.
  • Evaluate and respond to real-time incidents, determining the level of urgency and appropriate actions.
  • Communicate professionally in English with internal teams, stakeholders, and emergency contacts.
  • Manage remote access for authorized personnel while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Conduct routine system checks to verify equipment and communication systems are fully operational.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and site personnel during emergencies.
  • Maintain thorough and organized records for audits, compliance, and incident follow-ups.

*Requirements:*

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), GSOC, or Incident Reporting Center (IRC) environment preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using multiple security software systems.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
