Role Overview
Calgary Wild FC is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Manager to lead ticketing operations and drive revenue growth across season tickets, groups, premium products, and single-match sales. Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Operations, this role is essential in helping us deliver an exceptional fan experience, maintain clean and accurate data, and execute seamless ticketing operations and reporting throughout the year.
The ideal candidate brings experience working with a professional sports organization and has strong hands-on knowledge of Archtics or a similar ticketing platform, including building manifests, reporting, inventory management, and day-to-day backend operations.
This is a full-time position with a seasonally dynamic schedule, including select evenings, weekends, and match days.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing Operations & Archtics Management
- Manage all backend functions in Archtics, including builds, inventory, scaling, pricing updates, holds, seat maps, and package creation.
- Work closely with NSL's Director of Ticketing on TicketMaster requirements
- Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of all account data and ticket buyers
- Create custom reports and dashboards to track ticket revenue, renewals, and fan behaviour
- Oversee integrations with FEVO, TM1, TM Host, and other ticketing platforms.
- Implement and monitor all ticket offers, promo codes, partner offers, and specialty products
Revenue & Ticket Sales
- Lead the ticketing department, including Community & Group Sales Coordinator and the Customer Service & Account Manager
- Lead the development of season ticket strategies, group sales initiatives, and premium seating offers.
- Track sales performance and provide weekly reporting on KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
- Assist in the launch and execution of new ticketing products and theme nights.
- Work closely with marketing team on pricing, segmentation, and targeted sales campaigns.
Match-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee box office operations on match days.
- Lead ticket resolution efforts, fan support, credentialing, and scanning audits.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time (Archtics/TM1/Access control).
- Ensure premium, group, and season ticket members receive concierge-level support at all times, with support from Group Sales Coordinator and Account Manager
Fan Experience
- Serve as the lead for season ticket members regarding ticketing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Community Relations and Marketing teams on fulfilling ticket donations, special programs, and community ticketing initiatives.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Community, and Match Ops to ensure ticketing deliverables are executed.
- Coordinate partner ticket inventory for sponsorship packages.
- Support CRM/data integrations for email campaigns and fan engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2–4 years of ticketing experience
with a professional sports team, venue, or large event organization. Leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Archtics
(preferred) or similar ticketing platform — including reporting, data cleanup, scaling, manifest builds, and offer creation.
- Experience with Ticketmaster systems, FEVO, and access control platforms.
- Strong technical skills: Excel/Sheets, reporting tools, CRM understanding.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering memorable fan experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours during the season, including evenings and weekends.
