We are now seeking a Marketing Manager – E-Commerce to act as the operational leader of our marketing function and help scale our brands across Canada and the United States.

The Opportunity

This is not a passive brand or coordination role.

You will be the execution engine of the marketing department—turning strategy into action, aligning teams, and ensuring every channel is accountable to performance.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is the primary bridge between strategy and execution.

You will translate direction from the Director of Marketing into clear priorities, manage daily execution across all channels, and ensure marketing initiatives operate as a unified system that drives measurable growth.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team without losing momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination


• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional marketing team including:


• Email Marketing Specialists


• Social Media Coordinators


• Shopify Store Managers


• Web Developers & Content Managers


• Graphic Designers & Videographers


• Paid Media Specialists (Google & Meta)


• Set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure accountability across all functions


• Provide constructive feedback to creatives while communicating effectively with technical team members

Execution & Performance


• Drive execution of campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives


• Ensure cross-channel alignment across email, paid media, social, and on-site experiences


• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and production pipelines

Data, Reporting & Optimization


• Build and maintain KPI dashboards focused on ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and revenue contribution


• Analyze performance across channels and deliver executive-ready insights


• Identify optimization opportunities and adjust spend and tactics accordingly

Strategy & Growth Support


• Partner with the Director of Marketing to translate business objectives into tactical plans


• Support expansion into new product categories and geographic markets


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform changes

Budget & Operations


• Track marketing budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance outcomes


• Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and external partners as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have


• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing (DTC or B2B)


• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing (email, paid media, web, content, social)


• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)


• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to explain data clearly to leadership


• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams


• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have


• Experience with SEO and content strategy


• Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale or similar)


• Experience managing marketing automation workflows or CRM tools


• Budget ownership or vendor management experience
