Role Overview

The Marketing Manager / Director will own and drive marketing initiatives across digital platforms, brand communications. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines strategy, execution, and creativity, and who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain website, including content updates
  • Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and regular, high-quality content
  • Update and support partner websites with accurate product information and marketing assets
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, paid media, social, partnerships)
  • Develop, update, and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and video content
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop product videos, brand videos, and promotional content as needed
  • Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to increase awareness, credibility, and market penetration
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and creative ideas to push the brand forward in the market

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing management or leadership role, ideally in a growth-stage company
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development
  • Hands-on experience managing websites (CMS), social platforms, and campaigns
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day marketing tasks
  • Experience working with agencies, designers, videographers, or developers is a plus

What We Offer

  • The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $85,000 - $110,000 depending on level of experience.
