Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Executive Coordinator
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as the owner's right hand :ensuring follow-through, precision, and results in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operations. This role requires proficiency in various software tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The Operations EC will be a vital part of our team, contributing to the overall productivity and professionalism of our organization.
Duties
- Manage and maintain schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar to coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain organized records of correspondence, invoices, and other essential documents.
- Coordinate with team members to prepare reports and updates as needed.
- Work on various assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, )
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
