We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent team and play a key role in creating a seamless interview experience for both candidates and our hiring teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office. What you’ll do. Own interview coordination from end to end – scheduling interviews, managing candidate and interviewer availability, and ensuring every step runs smoothly Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to anticipate scheduling needs and keep interview processes on track Communicate directly with candidates to provide clear information, timely updates, and a thoughtful experience Maintain accuracy and consistency across interview materials, calendar invites, and candidate records Proactively identify process improvements to make scheduling and coordination more efficient Support broader recruiting activities, including candidate logistics, offer coordination, and onboarding preparation Assist with the coordination of virtual campus and in-person events including information sessions and career fairs Assist in the planning and execution of ‘Selection Day’, the final stage in Isaac’s hiring process which includes full days of interviews, workshops, and case studies Who you are. We work hard, so we love to reward success with a good time and hope you’ll join in on the fun What you bring to the role. 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting operations, or executive assistant role Highly motivated self-starter with strong relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Experience working with Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruiting software Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to overall department goal Why work for us.
