Grower Support – Entry Position

Truly Green Farms is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our Growing Department. No experience needed—training provided

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with monitoring plant health, including watering, pruning, and crop maintenance.
  • Record basic crop data such as plant growth, environmental conditions, and pest observations.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized greenhouse areas.
  • Follow all company protocols, safety standards, and SOPs.
  • Report any issues related to plant health, equipment, or growing conditions to the Growing Lead or Grower.
  • Perform other greenhouse duties as assigned
  • Collect and record crop data accurately, including plant growth, climate conditions, yield measurements etc.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, dependable
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willing to learn and grow in agriculture
  • Comfortable working in greenhouse conditions
  • Team player with strong work ethic
