Office Administrator/Sales Associate

Ontario Commercial Doors is one of Ontario's leading commercial door suppliers, serving contractors, developers, and commercial property owners with premium door and hardware solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for an organized and driven Office Administrator / Sales Associate to support our growing operations.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, client-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and delivers professional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting our sales and office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and professionally direct inquiries
- Respond to customer emails and web inquiries
- Assist with sales inquiries (pricing, product availability, order entry, product suggestions, etc.)
- Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers and contractors
- Coordinate Orders, Deliveries and installations for sales you make
- Support document preparation, data entry, and general admin tasks
- Update CRM and assist with tracking and contacting leads
- Support basic marketing tasks (e.g. social media content, tradeshow coordination, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous office administration, sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills (phone and email professionalism)
- Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and MS Office / Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Sales & Customer Driven attitude ideal
- Experience in construction/doors/hardware industry is an asset (not required)
- Strong Verbal Communication

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
