We are currently recruiting a Creative Manager to fill a new permanent position in our Marketing Department.
Reporting to the Director, Brand and Marketing, in this role you will provide ongoing creative leadership to ensure Kindred's brand is expressed consistently across all touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on digital channels. Through design and storytelling across multiple platforms, the Creative Manager will enhance our digital presence and performance marketing efforts, foster team development, and contribute to Kindred's long-term brand growth, in alignment with our values and purpose to inspire peaceful, just, and prosperous communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guides creative development for Kindred's digital platforms and supports performance marketing and other digital social marketing activities.
  • Leads development of visual and written materials across Kindred, ensuring creative output reflects our strategy, values, and brand voice in digital, print, and physical environments, collaborating with the business stakeholders and marketing team members.
  • Consulting with business stakeholders, and collaborating across the marketing team, delivers creative design work from concept to completion for campaigns, marketing collateral, digital content, and corporate communications, including coordination with vendors as required.
  • Develops cohesive visuals and stories that bring strategic messages to life with clarity and creativity, contributing ideas and materials that support marketing initiatives, product promotions, educational resources, and special projects.

Plus, You Bring Your Qualifications And Experience

  • completion of post secondary program in graphic design, digital marketing or related field
  • 6-8 years of progressive design experience
  • advanced skills in graphic design (HTML and Java Script coding)
  • strong creativity and conceptual skills
  • project management experience
