Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to spearhead our business-to -business growth in Canada. This is a foundational hire—you will be part of defining our

B2B sales strategy, identifying high-potential verticals and building relationships that drive

adoption of our diagnostic solutions. Over time and based on results, you may have the

opportunity to build and lead a sales team, including Business Development

Representatives and additional Account Executives, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Inagene leadership team to develop and validate a go-to-market

strategy for B2B sales in Canada.

  • Identify and prioritize target verticals (e.g., pharmacies, pharmacy support

organizations, large employers, unions insurers, retirement homes, benefits

providers, etc.).

  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in healthcare and related

industries.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to closing strategic partnerships.

  • Monitor market feedback and pivot strategy as needed to maximize impact.

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team as the business scales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics,

insurance, or pharmacy-related sectors.

  • Strong network and established contacts within one or more of the following:

pharmacies, pharmacy support companies, insurers, benefits providers, large

employers, or diagnostic sales.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and pivot based on market insights.

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Experience in building and scaling sales teams is an asset.
