We are hiring for a top performed wealth management company in Canada

Location: Dorval, QC (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:


• Support senior advisors in preparing financial plans, meeting materials, and client communications


• Learn to design personalized investment, retirement, and tax-efficient strategies


• Actively prospect through calls, LinkedIn, and networking to identify and develop new client opportunities


• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client records using CRM tools


• Participate in structured mentorship sessions with regular feedback, case studies, and coaching


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of client service and operational excellence

Job Requirements


• Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in outbound prospecting and client acquisition


• Strong communicator who can build trust and long-term relationships with clients


• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


• Passionate about financial markets, wealth planning, and helping clients achieve their goals


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred


• Fluency in English; French considered a strong asset

Responsabilités Principales:


• Soutenir les conseillers principaux dans la préparation des plans financiers, du matériel de réunion et des communications clients


• Apprendre à concevoir des stratégies personnalisées d'investissement, de retraite et de planification fiscale


• Prospecter activement (appels, LinkedIn, réseautage) afin d'identifier et de développer de nouvelles opportunités clients


• Gérer les pistes, les suivis et les dossiers clients à l'aide d'outils CRM


• Participer à des séances de mentorat structurées avec rétroaction régulière, études de cas et accompagnement


• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer un haut niveau de service à la clientèle et d'excellence opérationnelle

Exigences du poste :


• Esprit entrepreneurial et confiance en la prospection externe et l'acquisition de clients


• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à établir des relations de confiance durables avec les clients


• Curieux(se), autonome et motivé(e), souhaitant apprendre dans un environnement dynamique axé sur la performance


• Passionné(e) par les marchés financiers, la planification de patrimoine et l'aide aux clients dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs


• Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente préféré(e)


• Maîtrise de l'anglais; le français constitue un atout important
