**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Participates in the implementation of a preventive culture by empowering customers (managers, etc.).
- Participates in the development of solutions leading to the reduction of risks associated with production activities.
- Advises, supports and coach internal customers (production, union, services).
- Participate in the development and deployment of OHS programs and tools.
- Conduct on-site qualitative and quantitative OHS risk analyses.
- Carry out trend analysis of OHS data and identify areas for improvement.
- Is competent and possesses the skills to conduct sector OHS audits / inspections with stakeholders.
- Acts as a technical specialist, mentoring and sharing knowledge with customers in areas of expertise such as: ergonomics, machine safety, industrial hygiene, environment.
- Maintains relationships with internal and external collaborators based on trust and respect (customers, trade unions).

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety.
- You have at least 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- You have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- You have the ability to think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems.
- You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously
- You have excellent IT skills
