**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Participates in the implementation of a preventive culture by empowering customers (managers, etc.).
- Participates in the development of solutions leading to the reduction of risks associated with production activities.
- Advises, supports and coach internal customers (production, union, services).
- Participate in the development and deployment of OHS and industrial hygiene programs and tools.
- Conduct on-site qualitative and quantitative OHS and industrial hygiene risk analyses.
- Participate in the development of annual planning and sampling strategies for employee and environmental exposure.
- Carry out trend analysis of OHS and hygiene data and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor regulations and participate in impact assessments related to industrial hygiene and OHS.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety. Training or work experience in industrial hygiene is an asset.
- You have at least 3 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- You have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- You have the ability to think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems.
- You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent IT skills.
