**Duties and Responsibilities as an Inventory Clerk are as follows**:

- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels daily.
- Initiates action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and other related paperwork
- Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies
- Performs routine clerical duties in support of unit.
- Reconciling stock counts to computer reports.
- Tracking of purchases to create daily usage reports.
- Tracking of waste daily.
- Actively participates in monthly inventory counts and reconciliation
- Other duties and projects as assigned and required.

**Health & Safety**:

- Comply with all health and safety policy, measures and legislation
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems at work
- Ensure the safe product handling procedures of the production facility and use equipment.
- Maintain the security of the products and equipment.
- Report all safety matters to the Production Manager(s)

**Working Condition/Physical Requirements**:

- Working in and out of temperature-controlled environment
- Long periods standing, bending, reaching, stooping.
- Lifting, pushing and pulling weight up to 30 or more pounds

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Inventory Clerk: 1 year (required)
