This job will be based in our Proshow warehouse in Burnaby. Overseeing a staff of 5-10 warehouse staff, the main responsibility will be to coordinate and organize the daily operations in the warehouse. An extreme level of attention to detail is needed to make sure that all orders are picked, shipped and returned in an efficient manner and that the team works together to deliver excellent productivity in a friendly and safe environment. Inventory control, coordination and supporting all logistics for the delivery of equipment are all large pieces of this role as well.

They will find enjoyment in working with and learning about technology. They will maintain a strong attention to detail and possess strong management, organization and communication skills. They will have a strong understanding of trucking needs and maintenance planning. They will be focused and desire to be impactful on a daily basis. They will desire to work more than 40 hours per week and be self managing in their time. They will possess leadership qualities and have a strong vision for our process.

**Job Requirements**
- Comfortable managing and developing a team
- Able to build a solid plan to prep, deliver, receive and re-certify equipment on a daily basis
- Strong attention to detail
- English speaking
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to work overtime on weeknights and weekends
- Airbrake certification or experience an asset*
- Microsoft Office Suite experience

*in-house training and certification will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
